BEFORE PREGNANCY

Health improvement starts with exercise and the knowledge of our body. It is crucial to prepare our organism to improve the conditions previous to pregnancy, as well as carrying out a conscious work of the pelvic floor and abdomen in order to have bigger success regarding fertility.

PREGNANCY

We will accompany you during your pregnancy to work for the fetus benefit and facilitate its development, in addition to take care of the woman's health and avoid pathologies during the pregnancy. We distinguish three main stages in every trimester:

  • First trimester: Physiological Adaptation.

  • Second trimester: Stability during pregnancy.

  • Third trimester: Preparation for labour.

AFTER LABOUR

We help you to have a soon and proper recovery after labour. We will make a complete assesment of your physical state, structures and tissues, such as pelvic floor or possible scars.

PELVIC FLOOR

Specific work for pelvic floor. Localization and knowledge of our anatomy and its different perspectives, as well as the very important functions that it carries out, both in an isolated and joint way.

HYPOPRESSIVE

Work in the abdominal deep musculature and the breathing mechanics, knowledge of the different structures and its functions, as well as the synergy with the pelvic floor and its integration with the breathing patterns in simple and complex movements.

DYSFUNCTION

We will help you overcome the different physiological and structural problems and dysfunctions of your organism. Intolerance, pelvic floor, diastasis, pain in relationships, postural problems, lumbar pain, prolapses, adherence, C-section...

OSTEOPENIA/OSTEOPOROSIS

Exercise is fundamental to avoid a degenerative illness such as osteoporosis, bone reduction and decrease the risk of falls and fractures. This problem is more frequent in women, which is why in Óptimo we have created an exclusive plan for them.

SARCOPENIA

As we get older, we suffer the loss of muscular mass and our functions get severely affected. Physical activity guided by professionals combined with a individualized nutritional plan is the best ally to improve our quality of life.
