HEAT TRAINING

In Óptimo we have designed a very special room where, in addition to control its temperature, humidity, oxygen and CO2 according to the physiological elements that we want to improve, it also allows us to modify the environment and adjust it to the specific characteristics of any competition, which is very useful for those athletesthat need to compete in particular environments where temperature and humidity will play a fundamental role. This resource will not only allow them to ideally adapt, but also to improve their performance in comparison to their direct competitors.

Like all of our services, heat training sessions will be individualized and adapted to each athletes, as well as included in their sport planning.

SHORT DURATION

Ideal for most sports. It improves performance instantaneously . After some heat training sessions, the improvements will quickly show uo.

MEDIUM DURATION

Improve performance in those sports where resistence is a capital ability to achieve success. Cycling or prolonged running such as Marathon are a good example.

LONG DURATION

Improve performance in long duration sports and in very challenging situations. Long distance defiances such as Iron Man or Ultra Trail.

Heat acclimation and training improve performance both in challenging situations of high temperature and neutral situations.
