About the event

The program will present an integrated framework featuring principles of adaptation, progression steps, data-driven input, and essential sports coaching techniques. This approach will assist practitioners, especially those in large sports organisations, in enhancing cooperation, communication, clinical reasoning through deduction and induction, rationality, and establishing a common language.

Webinar covers the following topics:

* Brief intro into human locomotion.

* Step-by-step return to run protocol (RTR).

* Human motion and motor learning in rehab.

* Coaching stride, stance, and early phase drills.

* Criteria-based running rehab clinical guidelines.

* Biomechanical analysis of injury-risk movement.

* v/hGRF, dynamic & reactive strength integrations.

* CoD, foot plant, pivot/turn, and landing maneuvers.

* On-field rehabilitation (OFR) and return to sport (RTS).

The webinar topics provide a synthesis of current clinical knowledge and offer clear, criteria-based milestones for selecting both gym-based and on-field (OFR) training modalities. The presentation is grounded in general rules that can be easily applied in various practical settings, including team sports, court sports, and endurance sports.

The lecturer, Pawel Krotki-Borowicki, is a physiotherapist and performance coach from Óptimo Sport Clinic (Spain) with over 15 years of experience in medical rehabilitation. He has a particular interest in minimising re-injury levels and facilitating a return to full competition performance.
